I received this Gurkha something or other from a well-meaning family member. I thought I would put it out of its misery.

Wrapper was Colorado Clear Glass, at least the bits you could see behind the bands

The wax sealed cap was not as fun to open as a bottle of Maker’s Mark.

Cold draw was chocolate Raisinettes.

Construction was about 6 tobacco leaves short. Seriously, one of the most underfilled cigars I have ever seen. I think some bloke rolled this at his local B&M at one of those roll-your-own-nights and Gurkha QC thought to put it in this glass tomb.

Upon lighting, I find out the cigar is so underfilled that I can’t create the vacuum needed to draw through smoke.

Smoke time: 0 Hours and 2 Minutes

Score: 8/100

People often make the mistake that fancy packaging equals quality. I got 2 gurkhas for the holidays as well. Gonna gift them in the golf course in the spring to people who dont know any better
