All grade A wrappers were allocated for the Habanos Festival cigars. If that is from a city fabrica like LGR, the wrappers are from the backstock of problematic tobacco.

From Partagas (NOV 18). I wish all wrappers were so "problematic"

So how could a rosado wrapper change the flavor profile compared to a different wrapper.  Not Just for short term smoking but long term as well
