I can see all sorts of 'American Psycho' style businessmen, who are into niche 'bucket-list' experiences,  now hovering on Kayaks in that spot, for their morning wake up pat.  All we need to do now is work out some way to get the seal to dip the octopus in Acqua Di Parma.
