Hey all,

Looks like these were released (or about to be widely available shortly) in España.

Wondering if anyone has physically seen and/or had the opportunity to try out.

Also wondering about pricing, boxing dates available, etc.

@Elpresidente when do you expect to see them?

Let us know.

Thanks.

I applaud any new release with under 50RG these days, even if it’s an overpriced RyJ EL. Will be giving these a shot.

Agreed.  Was very happy that the Monte 1935 line included a sub 50RG offering.

Hello all,

I 100% agree with the appreciation for sub 50 RG release.

Anyone in España, who could confirm or provide feedback regarding the release?

Thanks.

They are going to be released in France tomorrow. Will pick up a fiver in the next few days if I have the time. Not going for a box, too expensive (unless they are really good).

At over 500 euro/box, I’ll stick to a few singles unless they are the second coming of LESF ;)

Yeah. €480 per box in France.

They are almost identically sized to the Dantes but I don’t recall them being $21 per stick ?

I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts Mike, I could be tempted to pick up some of these but they are a bit pricey it seems.

There is no second coming of LESF.  Don Jose's were 70% of the way close IMO.  :P  Actually, I'm finding my 2009 HU MAG50's are taking on a similar flavour profile as the LESF.  Have had about 3 over the past couple of years that really came close, minus the strength, but even the LESF's have calmed down a bit.

I will smoke one as soon as I have them in hand and post my thoughts where we usually hang out.

I am interested in hearing about your experience with the young cigar. Did you happen to see the production stamp on the box?

Thanks.

I'm dry boxing one now. Will probably smoke it next weekend. Box code: TEO MAY 18

True. Not a chance in hell this one is a second coming of LESF... I'm starting to think we might never see anything like them again.

Just had my first of these today.

Not impressed. Very mild RyJ flavors, quite a bit muddled. Got worse towards the end. I'd rate it an 88. The 16 Capuletos blow it away.

I had gotten a bundle from RYJ factory the first week of October.  I wasn't in love but I could see potential with age.  But everyone that smoked it loved it. At ~$20 a stick worth the buy, and RYJ's with age always have a resale market.

A bundle from the factory? May I ask you how you know that is legit?

If you liked 2011 RA Extras, you will love these cigars.

Ok, NOW I’m actually getting mildly interested :lookaround:

Honest question, and all I'd be comfortable saying is that I trust my source. Sorry if I'm dodging the question

What is RyJ factory? I am genuinely curious.
