Hockey ... no more 2 minute penalties ... all minor penalties are a penalty shot .

all scoring records would be broken in less than a year ... except mozienko’s .

Nothing to do with the rules but while I am thinking about it ... NHL should retire #22 league wide .

Properly reff'd straight feeds would largely solve all scrum issues.   If both opposing hookers had to once again focus on stability and body position, with the potential of winning the ball cleanly/winning against the head. Then a good 80% of the shennanigans that the tight and loose-head props get up to, would actually just be counter productive. 

The scrumhalf should be allowed to stand half a pace to his own side, and feed with a straight roll from that point.  Another positive by-product of this is that is also adds back in the random factor of the hooked ball. In short the ball goes wherever is goes. the ref doesn't have to adjudicate it, it either gets turned over, or is dug out by the attacking scrum half.  Either or, its going to be 80% quicker that re-set scrums.
