How many are familiar with Red Green...?   Used to get him piped down to the States on some PBS channel and he always tickled my funny bone.   Maybe only our Canuck brothers and sisters are familiar with his off-beat hillarity....  

 

So many amazing characters already mentioned here. Don Knotts as Barney Fife.  Alan Alda as Hawkeye.  Dick Van Dyke as Rob Petrie.  This list could continue in perpetuity....
