Singapore Catch Up?

I will be in Singapore for a few days next week. 

Tuesday evening catch up for maybe an impromptu dinner followed by a cigar? 

Rob Fox will join us as he is in town at the same time. 

Say 8pm dinner.  Can you recommend the right place with a good smoking establishment nearby?

My favorite area to combine food and cigar is Suntec/Marina.

A couple of other options:-

1. Dinner at Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse in Mohammed Sultan, then walk across the road to Connoisseur Divan for cigars & drinks
2. Get a courtyard table at Senso in Club Street and smoke at the table after dinner

There's some places around the corner if walking or very cheap cab to a lot of stuff.  Miss the food in Singapore.

It's just like Minnesota. Always the same temperature. Difference is about 70 degrees
