encephalization Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 I really enjoyed the EL, had one not too long ago. Raisiny, almost reminded me of a cousin of a good Opus, yet (of course) different in other aspects.Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk 1
dowjr1 Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 I have only had a few of the Salos and have been quite happy with them.
mkz Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 Never tried one. But I have a Diadema from 2010 in my humidor... never seem to find time to light it up.

I can't bring myself to smoke my last one on account of them being so boring for three hours. 1
losttrailer Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 No love for this fine marca ? Divinos and Exclusivos i smoke fairly regularly and still have to stumble over an example that has an unmanageable draw. On the other hand i never smoke them before they hit the three or four year mark. Never liked the Traditionales and Generosos the same way as they seemed to miss some elements in comparison, so i am OK with cutting those two. The few Distinguidos i had were pretty good as well.

BrightonCorgi Posted October 26, 2017 Posted October 26, 2017 If only we could ask MRN his thoughts on Cuaba... 1
NSXCIGAR Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 Finishing up my first Distinguidos from a LGR JUN 17 box and it's very good. Perfect construction and burn. Not one touch-up required. Very impressive for a large figurado. Medium to medium full, consistent throughout. Scored it a 93. Hopefully the rest of the box performs as well. HSA's definitely doing something right with this cigar. 2
BrightonCorgi Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 Recently smoked a Salomone from one of the night offers here. Absolutely perfect burn, a real joy to smoke. 2
Shaunster Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 Smoked a distinguidos recently. Gifted to me, unknown age but been in my humidor 18months. Thoroughly enjoyed this cigar, one of the best I have had this year. Much better than its smaller cousins.Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk 3
BrightonCorgi Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 If you are going to smoke a Cuaba, for me it has to be one of the big ones; Diadema, Distinguido, or Salomones. For the small figuardos; I'd prefer a similarly traditional shape cigar.
