Dodgeski Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 How can I know how big or what sizes the cigars are that are being sold? I'm used to buying NC from shops and catalogs where sizes are listed. Is there a forum on sizing like the one for the codes? Thanks in advance. Brian
davenoh Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 Probably not what they want to hear, but I usually have a couple vendor sites up during the 24:24 to see size (and price). I'm somewhat new to the forum, and I've been thinking about suggesting they list the size in the description of the offerings. I know a few, but I'm not familiar with most.
SignalJoe Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 This is pretty handy reference: http://www.cigars-review.org/sizes.htm

I know it can be confusing when someone like me says they love dalias & cervates, and then you can't seem to find any cigar named "dalias" or "cervates". It basically is a marketing vs factory simplicity thing.

That's probably easier today than it was before 2005, with all the MM and certain cigars being made in 2 versions (HM and MM)… That said I find the myriad of recent short robusto a bit challenging… 2
