Only issue I see is that boxes have to be sealed ( luck if the draw) and must have receipt from LCDH but not an issue for me that's the only place I'm buying them. The Obama administration partially lifted that ban already, allowing Americans traveling directly to Cuba to return home with up to $100 in rum and cigars in their carry-on luggage. So as long as you follow the Cuba guidelines going out, and it's for personal use I think we're good to go from the US perspective. Again for me it just means more customs. Edit: That appears to apply to alcohol and not tobacco.
