As far as I can tell the guy who got shot in this story wasn't known to be the same guy who had been causing other problems in the area.  It's pretty f'd up to just pull up to someone on the street, get out and shoot them in the head.  That's far more troubling to me than these clowns.  That said, this creepy clown trend is getting out of control.  Seems like there's a new story everyday about a clown creeping people out or causing trouble.
