Hilarious Commercial for real product

Recommended Posts

Its the real deal. The company I work for manufactures it for the industrial market. The fiber glass stuff in this commercial is WEAK SAUCE. We embed a similar resin in multiple weaves/strengths of carbon fiber fabric. Its used to reinforce High pressure/temperature pipes in refineries until they can be replaced during shutdowns. The owner of my Company owned the exclusive patent on this technology for quite a while, until it obviously lapsed. We sell it to the consumer as well, but consumers are a much bigger pain in the ass than corporations (from a customer stand point). Its also much better to sell a few thousand feet of it at a time, along with install and other services. Google "Boulder Bond"

Again, anybody holler at me if you would like some samples.

Consumer Products:

https://bolderbond.com/

All the companies:

http://aerosolutionsllc.com/innovation/

The original application was actually wrapping/reinforcing over stressed communications towers. That's were I spend most of my time now, they have since found better ways to do it with steel. The install on the 12" wide by 30' long pieces of prepreg carbon sheets was extremely difficult to get right, especially 130' in the air!
