Pilsner14 Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Always feels a little vacant without Tiger in the mix but this year it has just felt a little vanilla for whatever reason. Spieth repeat or does Day from down under make the run. I like Day and Johnson to charge hard tomorrow. Cold here in Mid-west Canada so Parti short will be my Masters Sunday smoke with a glass or two of wine. Love Masters Sunday. You? 2
jackattack Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Jordan opened the door for some drama on Sunday with those last two holes.....can't wait! Smylie(rookie) and Bernhard(58 yrs old)....????? Could be one for the books....
NicPac Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 My favorite sporting event all year. I'd love to see Jorden take a repeat.
JohnS Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I'm hoping for World No's 1, 2 and 3 to be in the mix on Sunday...i.e. Jason Day, Jordan Spieth and Rory McIlroy.
billh1 Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I plan to watch every minute of it! I'm pulling for Spieth to repeat and hope he can finish as the wire to wire leader. Here's my line up for the final round... EML MAR 15 Cuaba Exclusivos, ELG AUG 14 ERDM Choix Supreme and ARG OCT 14 JL No. 2 Great Masters final round day to all! Cheers! Bill 4
Eric E Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 This morning, I have to finish a project I started yesterday. Hopefully it won't take too long. Then it will be a long afternoon with a couple of cigars and some spirits. Haven't decided what to smoke, but I will enjoy them while watching my favorite golf tournament. I'd like to see Spieth win it, but I always love drama on the final day.
FCUBUCK Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 One of the top sporting events of the year for me. The promise of Spring here in the USA with the colors of Augusta National is special. The drama of the tournament makes for some great golf. I'm not really rooting for anyone in particular but would love to see Langer stay in the mix. I met him as a kid at Firestone and he was classy then and hasn't changed over the years. Best of luck to all the competitors battling for a place in history and buckle up for the back nine! 1
Oldmso54 Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 The Masters is great! Nothing like the setting at Augusta! I'll be rooting for Jason Day but I think this is Speith's to win or lose.
eswary Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Love Masters week! I'm a avid golfer and a golf course agronomist by trade. I host a PGA tour event every year on my golf course in Miami. Love the level of perfection Augusta brings and know what goes into preparing a golf course for this level of competition. A lot of respect there. Though this year they are a little off due to a wet winter weather pattern and high winds this week. As The shadows get longer and the leaders make the turn, I hope to see Jordan turn it up and don another green jacket. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Duffer Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I play a lot of golf myself. For me, The Masters is the best sporting event of the year. I'm hoping Dustin Johnson can start making some putts and put the heat on Spieth. I am waiting for my first delivery of Cubans, so I'll light up a Nicaraguan for the occasion.
skalls Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Last couple holes Spieth has taken this tourney and strangled the competition.
JohnS Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Wow...Spieth with 4 birdies in a row. He's in some vein of form! Plus, 3 holes-in-one on 16th today, what a great final round.
Duffer Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Danny Willett is playing some solid golf. This could become very interesting.
JohnS Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Danny Willett is playing some solid golf. This could become very interesting. Especially since Spieth put his ball in the water on 12th. What a finale we have coming up!
westg Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Spieth quadruple bogey on the 12th ....unbelievable
Ryan Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Heartbreaking for Speith. The Masters still living up to its reputation. Good tee shot after it though.
Duffer Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I feel bad for Spieth, but the kid is tough and could bounce back with two birdie holes in front of him. If Dustin Johnson could putt he'd be at least 3 strokes in front by now. Nobody has hit the ball better the last 3 days.
billh1 Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Hey! Is it just me or does Spieth's caddie look like Happy Gilmore's caddie, Otto! ? Cheers! Bill
JohnS Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Can Spieth put that putt in for birdie on the 16th? It's downhill and tricky...but he has to make it to have a chance. Spieth quadruple bogey on the 12th ....unbelievable You're up early West...you've got to love the Masters when there's drama like this!

brutusthebuckeye Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 The chunk into the drink was brutal... Congrats to Danny Willett..
