Good find, Ken! On page 13 I've just read that coffee is offered as a gesture of hospitality from Cuban housewives and refusal is not appreciated. Hmmm, that's good to know! yes.gif

That's a great magazine. The only one that stays up to date with bars/restaurants/nightclubs. His reviews are usually spot on.

A very handy feature is the downloadable pdf version of the "Monthly Guide". That can be downloaded to a smartphone so when you go to Cuba and have no internet, you have the phone numbers and addresses of the top 20 or so bars/restaurants/nightclubs on your phone. More and more places now need reservations. It's handy.

I've used it on my last two trips to Cuba, there were so many times I had a group of three or four fellow travelers standing around taking pictures of an address for someplace from that pdf on my phone.

I was reading that Amir guy's selection on the best cigar he's ever smoked....R&J Clemenseau; Dunhill Habana; Ramon Allones from 1955...THANKS, Dude dry.png All the very things we poor locals will have a helluva time locating! But - I'll still see if I can some time or some day locate one, two, or more of those selections.

I haven't intentionally signed up to get a email from anything for a long time, until I followed the link you posted here. Thanks!
