I cant remember if it had already been released. The info I have is the following:

14/Nov - 18/Nov

14 - Registration at Partagás Factory

15 - Welcome Dinner - Meliá Cohiba (100 CUC)

16 - Playa Day (Club Habana?) (75 CUC)

17 - Hector Luis finca (75 CUC)

18 - Gala Dinner (170 CUC)

I cant make it this year.

If I am not wrong more expensive than last year.

@Habana Mike - being my first time to Havanafest I've signed up for everything on the FOH agenda (except I couldn't get into the AMiCigar event as it was full). Considering the schedule of those activities would it make sense to attend any of these?

Thanks in advance!

@El Presidente

I figured we'd go straight to the source.

Can you Confirm the time Wednesday for Club Havana?

Are you planning to attend any of the Encuentros de Partagas Events?

Well, as I usually lurk around here and don't post often I stumbled on this thread yesterday and thought to myself that it sounded like a great time.  I offhandedly mentioned the trip to my wife last night when sitting outside last night having a cigar and because it's both a trip to Cuba and people who speak Italian are going she's now mad that I didn't know about it when it was announced and get us tickets.
So, to avoid that in the future, when does the planning, usually go down, because I don't want to miss the next one and well we'd both like to get to Cuba before things start to change over there.
Thanks all.

I'm sure it will be a great trip, and look forward to seeing pics and reading all about it.  The wife and I are actually now planning our own trip for the spring so for once something I looked at on the internet didn't get me in trouble. lol

Aww bloody heck! I just bought a bunch of Euros!

edit: Just read the article. No guarantee this will be in effect when we're there.
