I got this box from our gracious host today and noticed a peculiar sticker on it. It's the right color but...

So the question is, what form do I fill out to receive this generous discount?

I would liek to believe he actually ran out of the orange dots and that particular sticker was on the outside of the box of stickers and that's why he bought it. When he had one more box to sticker and realised he had no stickers left, he peeled off the sticker from the sticker box and slapped it on.... please please please let that be true
