It could well be. I'd take the other Diplomático No.2's out of your box or humidor and tap the feet for evidence of dust. Then you'd know if you need to freeze your cigars.

Edit...I was looking at the image on my phone last night. This morning, I agree with the others, it looks to small to be a beetle hole!

Look for some fine tobacco dust in the box. if you see that then freeze.

No, theyre typically round - nearly perfectly so. That looks like a tear in the wrapper.

It doesn't look like one, In general they are much rounder. I would think that It's O.K.to smoke .

Things are O.K. Rob. Thanks for asking. I do some small things ,I also smoke 1 cigar per day now compared to 4 that

Correct. Fairly common too. No smoke will escape from it so it will not affect smoking at all.
