PLPC ($6.5) - just got a PSP box from our host, might be popping the first one tonight.

Siglo IV ($12) - My favorite size. Had a great one couple weeks ago, still can't forget about the taste.

Bolivar PC ($5) - My go to PC, consistently reliable, great bang for the buck.

Montie PE ($7) - My last box wasn't great, but I'm sticking with it.

that's the problem. i can't.

only out of the way shoppes there will have those items for THAT cheap. The Swiss might have a harmonised item but there's always a good way to get a 'better' result. Iberian shoppes have always had a reputation for 140 Euro Grandes de Espana or Dip 1s.

Another country to look at is Bulgaria and Russia (to a lesser extent, Czech Rep.). I remember tale of a Russian B&M with boxes of ERdM Tainos for $250 or so.
