In Spain, you can only buy cigars in "Estancos", some restaurants or Cigars Smokers Club. The best places where you can buy Habanos are: "La cava Cardenal Cisneros" (Cardenal Cisneros street, number 17.(Madrid) Phone 91-4451727 ) "Cava de puros Barquillo" (Barquillo street, number 22 (Madrid) Phone 91 522 02 22), This "Estanco" has a 'Cigar Smokers Club' too. The last is "Cigar Club" named "Club Pasión Habanos", (Paseo de Recoletos street, number 2 (Madrid) Phone +34 91 577 96 19). It's a private club but, i think you will have no problem to enter. You can to buy in other stores, but i think that the best places in Madrid are the previously written, they have a good stock ,variety and conservation. The price of Partagas Serie D Número 4 is 11€(14.23 USD - 15.62 AUD) per unit in "Estanco", independent of the number of cigars. It's 275€ per box of 25 Serie D N4. The sell of any cigars is regulated by the State, including the price. Look this link http://www.cmtabacos.es/wwwcmt/paginas/ES/mercadoPrecios.tmpl In "Buscar en el nombre (*):" write the cigars brand and after that check in "Consultar Precios", is the price per unit.
