Please forgive me if this is the wrong area, as I'm still learning my way around.

I've done many searches trying to find this but have not had any luck.

I see a lot of posts where people talk about the flavor profiles of cigars and saying this particular size isn't the typical flavor profile or this size exhibits everything about the brands flavor profile.

My question is, is there some sort of comprehensive post that shows the brands and the flavor profiles expected?

Excellent Question.

Reality will show you that taste is somewhat subjective, and you will not ever get a consensus.

Add to that the normal variables inherent in any box of cigars, and the additional variables from factory,crop,age,etc.....

Approach each cigar as an adventure, and enjoy yourself.............

Something as subjective as flavors from a cigar could be partially fiction, remember. I've heard battery acid / metallic, to stewed mushrooms, to pencil wood and I know what they're talking about. But, you see, I could bite down on my trucks antenna and get unripened red pear mixed with dandelion stem. That's the fun side of playing the flavor game.

I remember reading, and it could have been from here, how would you describe the flavors of an orange without saying, "That tastes like and orange!"? You would say stuff like its sweet, crisp with a medium finish, meaty and fruit flavors, part grape, part sweet potato, tart, ect.... So don't feel boxed in by predetermined, established by others, flavor profiles. Because they all just taste like a cigar.

Tried tasting my antenna, just tastes like metal...

Mine tastes more like plastic and road dust. Maybe a hint of pollen.

This Boli RC however....cigar!
