canadianbeaver Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Let me begin by saying that up until about 6 years ago I had never left North America in my life. We had neither the means or opportunity to travel. Since then we have been traveling a lot! So to use the words "going back to Italy" (we were there in November), is just incredible. Research shows no LCDH's or cigar shops in the area we are going to, so the Frankfurt duty free is going to be about it. The Czar is just fine anyway. As well, I am probably the only FOH member who does not really go nuts for La Esepcions. I do however love Por Larrañaga RE Italias! I'll try and post some photos here. One of the days will be a vineyard tour and tasting. CB 1

Stevieboy Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 If you find yourself in Naples, this was the best shop by a mile. Very good selection. Friendly owner Tabaccheria Sisimbro http://goo.gl/maps/xu7bS
CUBANO Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Have a great trip and enjoy every minute of it. Going to Mexico myself.

canadianbeaver Posted May 9, 2014 Author Posted May 9, 2014 Just went through security at the airport on Luftansa. The fellow in front of me had two items confiscated. A bottle of baby oil and a pound of butter. Ask Matthew. Not making this up!
Dara Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Send a message to MrJapan and he might be able to give you some tips as he organised AmiCigar in Maoiri on the amalfi coast last year and we had a fantastic time there!! Try the lemons, they're amazing with gin and tonic and ice or in limoncello
