Sad to hear the possible winding up of arguably the best rock band in the world---ACDC.

]'ve been fortunate enough to see the band live 4 times in concert the first time with lead singer Bon Scot the remainder with Brian Johnston in the front position.

True legends in every respect

As far as I know they still hold 2nd place for most album sales for Black in Black album of all times this at the time when everyone wrote them off as a band when Bon passed away--what a comeback---could you imagine the Stones doing the same if Mick passed away?

Anyway a sad day for rock fans around the world and me

I will be playing all my ACDC albums loud this weekend in tribute

Many thanx Acca Dacca

Also best wishes to Malcolm for a recovery from his illness

Is this for real? They're quitting for good? If so thats a shame. If you like their style of music, check out the band Airborne. Their singer embodies the voices of Bon Scott and Brian Johnson.

What a shame. I had just heard they were going back into the studio to record.

Saw them live 3 years ago. They rocked my socks off.

I have worn out so many cassettes making this great group the soundtrack to my youth.

They will always rock on!

Salute!

My favourite band for when you want unadulterated rock with lyrics you can understand. Take the roof off the Jeep, drive on the beach at North Shore in bright sunshine, crank up ACDC on the Focal sound system....let the jeep shake (more than usual), light a cigar.

Thank you for the memories party.gif
