Maplepie Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Population of 85,000? How does Andorra rate its own RE? I mean, good for them, but how'd they pull it off? they actually have 3 REs if i'm not mistaken. Andorra is a great place for sticks. LGC1s and RA 898s everywhere. aged sticks up the wazoo. it'll be a mistake to go there and come back with any sticks from '98-'02 because of the huge selection of other ones. don't even turn an eye to the Fifty cabs of Punch SS No.2s or ERDM PCs. that fills your allowance WAY too quickly. A pilgrimage is necessary at least once in your life time
thecapo Posted April 12, 2014 Author Posted April 12, 2014 Thanks for the review. I will have one on Sunday. It will be the first one of the box and looking forward to it.
Smallclub Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 . Andorra is a great place for sticks. LGC1s and RA 898s everywhere. Forget about the RA 898. They're gone since long and the few boxes that are still there don't sell for obvious reasons… (drum sticks with rough wrappers, yuck)
Habana Mike Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Population of 85,000? How does Andorra rate its own RE? I mean, good for them, but how'd they pull it off? It is its own region. In Europe but not part of the EU. Plus 10.2 million visitors annually, tourist money - wonder how many of these are cigar smokers?
thecapo Posted April 12, 2014 Author Posted April 12, 2014 Smoked one last night! It's was lovely...to begin with. First third was the almonds I remember, and it was right on the money. A little burnt sugar, more so than sweet caramel, started tying it together nicely towards the end of the first third. The second third brought in some apricot-type sweetness and I was really impressed. Definitely a new flavour note, but it never really changed from there. It all felt too fruity for the final third. It has definitely evolved a great deal in the last year. Wrapper sheen and overall construction is top notch. Coming up to 3 years old now, I feel they were slightly better at 1 and 2 years old, but they may be transitioning to something better at 4 & 5 years. Have about 15 or so left. I will have another in a month or so and post my thoughts to double check! From my mobile phone
Jeremy Festa Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 Jerocco, what number box do you have? From my mobile phone 2

Pedro2486 Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 there is a portrait of Borat on the box? Very nice. I like
