sunsource
In this case I'm in! I definitely should lose a couple of kilograms. I am currently around 90 kg, with a height of approx. 190 cm, with more running and swimming in the next block of the spring semester, I am targeting going down to approx. 85 kg. Count me in! Fosgate
Just thought I would share this with the people here for the fat bastard contest coming up. I used ideas from this documentary for the foundation of my diet. Started January 24th and lost 42 lbs and still going and feeling better than ever with a diet easy to follow rather than eating like a bird. Appetite has gone down, alertness has increased substantially and more motivated to work out. I would suggest getting the diet modified for a few weeks/months until it becomes norm and then start exercising if you don't already. http://putlocker.bz/watch-the-perfect-human-diet-online-free-putlocker.html

StingMeadery
What did you do!? Lop off a leg!? Coincidentally I have just finished my 21 day process today using Homeopathic HCG drops and have lost a total of 12.5 kilos of pure body fat and my wife dropped 9kg also as we did it together. It is the easiest thing I have ever done... The homeopathic drops turn off your brain to hunger and tell your body to burn 4000 calories of abnormal fat a day. You eat 500 calories a day but because you have absolutely no interest in food you actually forget to eat If your serious about loosing your fat bastard, HCG is the easy way Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You still have to alter your eating habits. Once you stop the therapy and gain back your appetite you're more likely to start eating all the wrong foods and a lot of them and just gain all that weight back in the next 21 days. And it's definitly not something you should do longer that those 21 days as your body will not be getting the proper amount of nutrition to sustain itself and will just cause health problems later on. Totally agree. I'm losing about 1/2-2lbs a day at my present condition. I started changing my diet first. I aboid (but don't stop eating) on food made of dry grains, corn, potatoes, added butter, sugar and high salt content. In turn I eat about 50-70% meat or fish, 5% fruit and the remaining a mix of vegetables, nuts etc. I eat five small meals a day 3 hours apart to even out nutrient intake to reduce food going to fat and try to keep my calories around 1100. (I don't count and I still eat out). I also avoid artificial sweeteners as well as juice (way too much sugar). I workout Mon &Tues, rest on Wed, then workout Thursday and Friday, rest on Saturday and then just go for a slow walk or bike ride on Sunday. This is my workout for the next couple weeks. (I was only doing 3 sets to start with in different routines.) I feel awesome and I think I hit my peak where weight loss vs muscle gain were pretty even and I didn't loose much weight. Now I'm starting to loose pretty quick. I see this as a permanent diet. Workout usually takes anywhere from 25min-and hour depending on day and how busy the gym is. Pairs are super sets done in pairs with no rest, only rest between paired sets. Ask a registered health professional, a dietitian (a protected term here in NZ), not a nutritionist (anyone can call themselves a nutritionist). Not only is a 500 cal semi-starvation diet potentially dangerous, HGC (a hormone found in the urine of pregnant women) is a total snake oil scam. http://www.dietscam.org/reports/hcg.shtml Of course homoeopathic HGC, like all other homoeopathic concoctions, is diluted beyond the molecular level so no urine is included at all (depending on the sanitation of the people doing the mixing I guess). Only the memory of urine remains. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeopathy If that floats your boat, knock yourself out...

Absolutely correct! You must modify eating behaviours to maintain. The weight loss process is 21 days then you go into a 21 day maintenance phase where you increase calorific intake to 1500 and must maintain the final diet weight without increasing or loosing .9kg This entire 42 day process on completion resets the hypothalamus gland controlling hormone excretion, body metabolism and composition. Maxismoke
Well, it's like calling any diet the "X" Diet, you eat 500KCal/day and at the same time eat "X" Doesn't mean the "X" is what makes you lose the weight. Just my 2cents though.
