zmancbr Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 I have been bulking up this winter (intentionally to add muscle mass) and now I need to cut. I did a good job last year, but this year I wanna blast it out of the park. I'm shooting for around 8% bf and continue to gain muscle strength and size.
