Galt, I can't help you about them but you can make a search going to the upper right side of the page (do not forget to click in "This topic" and then choose "Forums") and try to find another BOTL's opinion.

Perlas are stronger or at least more direct, more woodiness in the flavour;

PC's more refined with a sophisticated depth and quality in a medium or under medium body.

Superb marca alltogether.

Or you could just ask here :lol:

I much prefer the PCs, although I have only smoked a handful of the perlas. The perlas are definitely more direct and robust, with the PC being a little richer and more delicate. Both are great smokes but I'd go with the PC.

I said that because it had passed 2 hours without an answer and I think he is in a rush to decide about LITW (have them both).

I love the wealth of information and opinion I can find by searching these forums. Anyone else want to comment on Rafael Gonzalez Perlas vs. PCs?

I struggle to answer this. I like the RGPC but I have had both well aged and less aged Perlas that are very good or maybe better too.  😚💨

Chris, I love watching your unboxing videos and hearing your notes. Your video on the Perlas encouraged me to pick up a box of the RGPCs on today's 24:24, then I started looking for comparisons between them. Can't wait to see what you open up next!

I am a fan of both and my mood kind of dictates which I gravitate towards. I would agree the Perla is a bit more direct than the PC.

I stock up on Perlas when travelling Europe as they are so cheap there.

i figured they needed 2 years of age minimum, but this latest box I’ve bought are smoking fantastic fresh. Very pleasantly surprised. This new box has more rosado hue wrappers than the previous box which was a darker brown.

I had the Perlas and Lonsdales recently, never had the Petit Coronas. There is a significant difference between these two. The Perlas are filled with intense flavours without being a strong cigar, which is a great short smoke given its size. Tried to push beyond one hour but 45 minutes is really the kind of time-frame this cigar occupies. The price value factor can't be overlooked, the Perlas deliver tremendous value for its price. The Lonsdales are great cigars but are more interchangeable because there are plenty of options out there for its punching weight. It is worth pointing out though that its got a blend that is distinctive, an enjoyable cigar that is particularly earthy for a Cuban cigar and its chocolate and espresso undertones are consistent throughout. As others seem to have mentioned the Petit Coronas as more complex, the same can be said about the Lonsdales. The Perlas although flavoursome, are rather one dimensional, certainly when compared to the Lonsdales. As a whole, without drawing comparisons too far, tasting these two reminds me of Cuban cigars inspired by the very best of Nicaraguan puros.

What about the Petit Coronas?

Tough call but I give the nod to the Petit Corona because I get more flavors. If I'm short on time, I'll go with the Perlas. Always keep both on hand.

Generally speaking, this is exactly how I feel when it comes to these two vitolas. Right now, I have some Rafael Gonzalez Petit Coronas which are excellent on account of their flavour blend, yet; I don't mind having a RG Perlas when I want a lighter, shorter smoke and I'm pressed for time.
