Yeah, I felt bad for Romo. I know he made a bonehead decision but he played his arse off for 98% of that game. If it were not for his arm that game would have been a blowout. I would much rather have him than the joker we have down in Houston.

i can't honestly say i felt bad for romo (how ridiculous is it that the skins have played so badly and are one win from top of the division but that is thanks to the other teams) as any way the cowgirls find to lose a game is fine by me but he was terrific.

that said, how often is he terrific for only to fall apart at the last hurdle. he just finds new ways to crash and burn at the finish. clearly something in his mental game and every time it happens, it must get worse for him. but you can't blame a loss like that on him. or at least shouldn't.

Eagles are flying again after a second straight win, even if it was against the hapless Bucs. Never thought 3-3 would have them tied for first place in the division. Huge game next week against Dallas with first place in the division at stake. Go Birds!

Not NFL but Penn State beat Michigan on Saturday an I attended with 108,000 other penn staters and a few Michigan fans. The game was the best sporting event I have ever been a part of

I was flicking through some channels on tv here in Australia and saw that game on ESPN - think it might have been live - anyway - wow - looked fantastic - crowd support for Penn was intense but seemed very fair - the beauty of college games i suspect although i know absolutely nothing about college football - or American football whatsoever. That Penn quarterback seemed to have a blinder of a game and from the commentary i understand that Michigan was previously undefeated so quite the upset - well done
