Nino Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 No, this is no April Fools Day joke.Dead serious.We have been meeting to smoke cigars at the ANS or, in German, Apotheken Notdienst Smoke in the pharmacy for over a decade now.That is : every 13 days when the pharmacy has Night or Emergency duty and has to be operative 24 hrs.At yesterday's ANS Andreas, our pharmacist, had a good reason to cheer and celebrate.The German Parliament has just passed a law under which as of next month every pharmacy on Night duty in Germany will receive a lump sum for it of € 250 per each duty which stretches from 2000 to 0600 hrs.The law bears basically the name of our cigar group :Apothekennotdienstsicherstellungsgesetz – ANSG - or, in more formal parliamentary terms :„Gesetz zur Förderung der Sicherstellung des Notdienstes von Apotheken“.See :http://www.bmg.bund.de/ministerium/presse/pressemitteilungen/2013-02/ansg-vom-bundestag-beschlossen.htmlFor more pictures and text - see :http://flyingcigar.de/startseite/official-getting-paid-to-smoke-cigars-by-law-ansg/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Had the '98 Diplo with Andreas after the pizza, a great smoking pleasure and greatly enjoyed - then we had ourselves a '02 RASS. Lovely evening.
