Bar Margarita pizza (Sorry spelling) Fig and Brie pizza with Serrano chilies, carmelized onions, wild arugula, thyme oil and lemon Dinner 1st Caprese salad mozza 2nd Argentinan style rib eye with natedawgs lemon potatoes, green beans. Sweet onion escabeche and chimichuri 3rd Homemade strattiatella gelato with macerated summer cherries and pistachio nougatine Here pics of all the action

There will be no additional charges for my services but I get to pick the cigars and the whiskey...you did say whiskey right?

Is it me, or are there more and more homes with wood burning ovens? I am seeing them all over...and am jealous for what u can do with them!

I have had the good fortune to enjoy FANTASTIC meals prepared by non-professionals. There are some unbelievably talented people that don't have titles but do have skill and passion but if my memory serves me right...Brazo is an ex professional .
