Bar Margarita pizza (Sorry spelling) Fig and Brie pizza with Serrano chilies, carmelized onions, wild arugula, thyme oil and lemon Dinner 1st Caprese salad mozza 2nd Argentinan style rib eye with natedawgs lemon potatoes, green beans. I have had the good fortune to enjoy FANTASTIC meals prepared by non-professionals. There are some unbelievably talented people that don't have titles but do have skill and passion but if my memory serves me right...Brazo is an ex professional .
