I had concerns about my first order (before i placed it) so I emailed back and forth with Rob and Di. Order was placed, cigars arrived in perfect condition, never a problem with customer service here.

And if you would divinely fix the slow running toilet downstairs it would be a blessing. That drainsnake you created that I purchased at Walmart didn't resolve the issue.

Yeah, if it's slow filling, check to see if they've used a flexible connector to supply cold water to the toilet.

If so, see if it's restricted, ie has a sharp bend in it....might slow the flow.

That happened me. First thing I noticed was the smell. We had an aupair who used to put odd things down there.

Opening up the drain in the back garden and having a go myself was in the top 10 most disgusting things I've ever done.

Watching the guys I called out to fix it after it got the better of me was also in the top 10. They seemed happy enough though.
