Thanks, guys. Question - though I've not smoked every cigar in the line, I've smoke enough Montecristi to feel that they share common traits / are similar in "profile" Do members feel the A is unique enough (aside from the size) to warrant the investment in time?

Ross for me (in terms of flavour), the Monte A is as unique to Montecristo as the "Sir Winston" is to Upmann.

They bring immense class and balance. A cut above.

Why do sone of the above posters consider 47RG as thin? Try a monte especial number one.

Because compared to most of the cigars I smoke I consider them small :)

Also the length to me gives it the smaller gauge look aswell. My thoughts anyhow

Great review guys as always ,like you said time is the biggest enemy on this one only ever had one fond memories non the less.
