PigFish Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 The La Punta has for a very long time been my favorite Belicosos. While I enjoy the BBF, it is an inconsistent second string player when compared to the La Punta. ElP is another fine small cigar. I have cared little about the branding facade of Cuban cigars for a long time now. What I do like is the limited production of these lesser appreciated cigars has lead to many years of fine smoking experiences for me. With these fine cigars goes the fine smoking experiences! Tabacuba is more interested in making and selling boxes, than the best cigars in the world. Damn shame! -Piggy

Damn shame! -Piggy Not being pedantic, but I thought Tabacuba only bought the tobacco from farmers and developed new tobacco seed strains whereas Habanos made packaged and sold the cigars ?

It's just an old bit of rhetoric from Piggy - "damn the establishment!" Don't let it confuse you. You'll just have to forgive Ray for his occasional rants. ....which we all occasionally agree with.
