Stevieboy Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Nice! At first I thought they were 2011 LEs that someone's celo-wrapped but they're not are they?? So....what are they? Pre-revolution???
maverickdrinker Posted July 6, 2012 Author Posted July 6, 2012 I was told they are pre revolution. Got them from a cigar shop that had them on display.
Strada Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Very nice Pick up Art! Let us know how they are if you decide to smoke one.
maverickdrinker Posted July 6, 2012 Author Posted July 6, 2012 looks like they are Ramon Allones Aristocrats.
Ginseng Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Nice! Light 'em up and let us know how they are. Wilkey
AverageJoe83 Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Hmmm, am I the only one whose red flags go off here? 59 year old cigars in that good of condition for $20, and in celophane thats obviously fresh(it turns yellow after a few years, let alone 59). Congrats if they are real but I would be highly doubtful.

I thought the same but it also looks like maybe the box they are sitting on is yellowish so I would think that could make it a little harder to tell in the picture. Either way I'm sure hoping he'll let us know what he thinks once he smokes one.
mk05 Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Nice, what's the box code on these. Juuuuuust kidding lol I know there wouldnt be a box code regardless from this era. Are these known to be cello wrapped? You can be the first on c-r.org to review this Art. The cello looks crusty old to me! You're sending me one right? RIGHT!

Sure, I can send you the cellphane once I smoke one. LOL
Nino Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Nice find Art, been loving anything with that old band lately .... Enjoy !
mk05 Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 Curious as well. You can tell it's very very crusty old by the fact that the folded edges - usually the darkest - are almost as dark as the wrapper. That band looks so doofy lol. Like the old Cabanas. Sure, I can send you the cellphane once I smoke one. LOL Art, but do send Trev a high def JPEG of the band though. Maybe the stick too; the one on file looks like it was made with Play Doh.
