Not fun!

Still well enough to play the Xbox judging by that photo... :rotfl:

He should be fine in a week. I had 8 teeth pulled at the same time when I was 21. After a week of sucking my meals through a straw, I was gumming some mashed potatoes in no time at all... after recovering from the dry socket. :D

Been there as well. Sucks...Get well soon!

Not fun, no doubt about it! Hang in, Ben!

I remember when I had mine out 13 yrs ago.....was subjected to an "Experimental" procedure by the dentist, who apparently was a world-known expert on dental surgery..essentially he pulled them out with minimal freezing...and told me to keep saying "I hate Dr. (Dentist's name)" as he was pulling...... Yeah that was real nice! :thumbsdwn:

Hopefully he does not have to talk to his dad through a wire screen after conversing cigars casually at his client party!!!

Look at the bight side Ben. Dealing with the infernal meddling of an oppressive government, like your dad has been doing lately, has got to make wisdom teeth extraction feel like the prom queens thighs!!!

Get better soon mate!

I would have opted for the whitening and bleaching.

Get well soon, Ben!

Sounds painful, I hate dental work.

Why is he wearing his underpants on his head though.

he has my sympathy. years ago, had all four out at once (one had grown on a funny angle and wrapped itself around the nerve). thought that by only having a local and being awake through it all might make the dentist take more care. no idea if it did but holy christ i was in some serious pain (and i am not good with that). i'd planned it for the morning before the first day of a test against the windies so as my convalesence could be in front of the tv watching the cricket for a few days. instead, i was in such agony i was in bed for three days. and the windies whipped us in two and a half so i missed that as well. not best pleased. made last christmas with the tooth abcess seem like a holiday.

I was fortunate to have never gone through this. However, many people I care for and love have. It is painful and hurts you where you live.

Feel better soon, young man!
