Jnaube Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Well, this is it, the time of the year where my bank account tells me" buddy, you have enough money to buy another box of cubans". The problem is, I just don't. Know what to buy. At home I have a bunch of Cohibas, Sig VI, 1966, Genios, magicos, esplendidos, got some Trinidads Robustos extra, a good amound of partagas p2, E, and some lusis. Got the classic monte 2, edmundos, even Cuabas salomones... I also have Hoyos Double Coronas and epicure no 2. I just want to besurprised, folks, what are your suggestions? No need to buy Behikes, some are already in mail. I usually like fine cigars, no powerhouses, something like a good pinot noir,,smooth and subtle. Thanks for your intake!
Jnaube Posted June 25, 2012 Author Posted June 25, 2012 I've had some bad experiences with Bolivars, how's the BBF?
Jnaube Posted June 25, 2012 Author Posted June 25, 2012 What 1340586141' post='317966']Qdo Coronas- to age, BBF's to smoke What's the first one?
DougB Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Quai D'orsay- awesome smokes...BBF's are fantastic- but bold and rich so maybe not what you are going for...the QDO's are a must-have I think.
jrb5783 Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 just ordered some BBF can't wait for them to come in
khamy Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 sounds like a lovely collection already. something to aspire to (being a relative beginner). will be interested to see what your final decision is.

The hardest part is not smoking them all the minute you get them ;o)
Jnaube Posted June 25, 2012 Author Posted June 25, 2012 1340589495' post='317991']Ramon Allones Extra LE 2011 I just bought a box of 10 grandes, regional espana 08, can't wait for them to arrive.
Jnaube Posted June 25, 2012 Author Posted June 25, 2012 How's the Fundadores? I've often read about it but, curiously, never had one
anthem Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Ramon Allones Extra LE 2011 Another vote for RA Extra LE 2011, my second choice would be the BBFs - I smoked through a box of 08s and they were great. Let us know what you decide on
pjansen Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Monte GE 2010. Got two boxes and they are subtle, classic monte milk chocolate and cream with a slight spice. Great cigars.

Charltonc Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 SLR Double Corona or a SLR Serie A. What about some Ramon Allones?
Cohiba007 Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Well you said that you already have Edmindos. How about Petit Edmundos. I love em much more than regular Edmundos. Maybe not special, but special to me.
