Habanos2000 Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 You need to get some H Upmann's in your rotation. The Magnum 46 and 50 are excellent smokes!
Ophidion Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 I you want tasty without a ton of power behind it: lgc mdo 2 and Plpc. SLR a is also a great choice.
Stevieboy Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Juan Lopez #2 is a masterpiece as is the H Upmann Mag 46. BBF also gets my vote as does the Bolivar GC On balance, the JL2 is my go-to stick and has been for years now
Diamondog Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Gotta say the RAE, RyJ wide churchills, Parti 898, Vegas Robaina unicos, Upmann No. 2
khomeinist Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Any collection is incomplete without .... The King of the World Get some Choix Supreme
Dbone Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 You need to get some H Upmann's in your rotation. The Magnum 46 and 50 are excellent smokes! I agree. Either the Mag 46 or Connie 1, both have been out of this world. I can't get enough of these two. All good suggestions, you really can't go wrong with anything already mentioned. Good luck
smpf67 Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 Aged Part 898's, but they will put a hop in your step.
maverickdrinker Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 How's the Fundadores? I've often read about it but, curiously, never had one Me LOVE fundys. Almost as much as I LOOOOOVVVEEE lanceros.
Jnaube Posted June 28, 2012 Author Posted June 28, 2012 I'llmpost my choice on Friday! Hesitating between Trini fundadores, bolivar Bff and some SLR.... Stay tuned.
ramon_cojones Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 Never really liked fundis much, I dunno they never had enough flavor and were too mild for me. I'd go with lanceros all day every day over those but since you have a ton of cohibas like me you should get something different like some partagas p1s or how about the VR maestros or ra grandes Rob and co just did a review on? I have a sampler on the way so I haven't smoked either yet but they sound promising by folks who have.
davidl Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 Seems like there are a lot of BBF lovers on this thread. I've had Bolivar PCs before, but would love to know how you compare the two..? Thanks
nick17 Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 BBF's are one of my go to smokes awesome flavor and complexity
