To me a stunning cigar in the bitter sweet cooking chocolate format I like. i haven't had too many Ramon Allones Grandes. I would love the opinion of anyone who has smoked either. We have some good stocks of these aged cigars but they won't last the week. There are plenty of Ramon Allones and VR fans out there. davidsan Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 Enjoyed one of the VR Maestro's this evening. Very rich smooth smoke. Very firm ash - there was a crack in the foot on the one I pulled from the box but overall the construction was good. Silky wrapper. There was a nice full sweetness to it but it, a bit of chocolate but I had a bit of floral dried fruit flavors in there as well and very consistent. 5 years of age on this cigar and a great timing to smoke one of these for me as I just celebrated a 5 year milestone at work.
