canadianbeaver Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Last night Matthew and I had the pleasure of having Claus (lotusguy) over for a smoke. He had the choice from my humidor and decided that the 2007 Davidoff Puro Robustos were worth a try. They were really nice! Lots of smoke, smooth and consistent, on the milder side and tasty. Needed some re-lighting though. Matthew thought Claus was terrific and I told him he was a typical example of an FOH member. Lisa PS, Claus left a little gift for us that was generous and wonderful... Opus Shark; St LR RE Asia Pacific.

I never thought in a million years that of all things cigars would be the catalyst to meeting all kinds of new people who have been, thus far (knock on wood), down to earth, very friendly, and approachable people!

Matthew made his famous pizzas and every one brought wine, rum or Cognac. And of course incredible cigars for sharing, trading and smoking! We started outside, under heat lamps etc, but then it got just too friggin' cold!!
