Fat Bastard Weigh in 1st to 7th of April

Well gents we are into our second month into the competition and a weigh in is required. There in NO need to post a photo. The only photo required is the final weigh in (June).

Let us know how you are going...who is struggling...who is doing well...changes that you have noticed. I am down to 94.7 KG which is not too bad after a month of complete debauchery :lookaround:. I have lost a little momentum but still heading in the right direction.

Please post your weight on this thread between now and the 7th of Aril. On the 8th I will update the spreadsheet. Watch out for the Easter Eggs and KEEP GOING! :D

I wish I was here when this started... I think I'm gaining all the weight you're all losing.

Need to shed some KG's though- doing the Tough Mudder challenge in September and I feel unfit just saying its name.

No bueno 122kg. 6-7 day work weeks all month and softball league is over. B-day and Easter weekend could equal disaster.

They say stress is a leading cause of weight gain. "They" are right...

I can appreciate this statement at this point in my life. A lot has been going on the last few months and only seems to be building. "They" say bad things come in threes; I wish "they" were right this time. I don't step on the scale because I find it only compounds my stress when I see large numbers.

So, I'm pulling for the rest of you, but will still post my sad number in the next few days, just so I keep going.

Another month... another 10 lbs.

259 lbs. (117.5 kg) this morning.

Had a couple of ups this month so I figure it could have been more but I'm happy. Going to really button down and clean up my eating this month, Good news from the doc on blood work as well... everything is normal and cholesterols look good.

82.3 kg. Have had a couple of colds so this month, even though the weight loss is there, is a lost month. Hardly any cardio training what so ever. But with a stricter diet compared to 2011 I am closing in on my goal (70-75).

I've been very diligent and had a good month. Now at 98.8kg (starting weight was 111.2kg). I feel good and only wish I had done this 10-15 yrs ago.

Been slowing down on purpose, currently 94.0kg (with the camera).

The following month will be difficult because skiing season has ended and cycling season has not yet started.

If it wasn't for the recent overuse of profanity starting with "F", I would be all over it right now.

Really? :looking: You're the winner.. :innocent::)

Cigar nights, cigars with golf, and major study stress this past month has paid off. Plus I just had a bacon and egg roll with my morning mocha! :D

Down to 120.27kg (264.6 lbs) I have changed my focus from weight loss to all around health. No dieting, just eating good clean food and exercising. Working well and feeling good.

220 lbs which is 99.79 KG according to google.

Any drop is due to a virus that my entire family contracted last month that was ferocious. Not the best means to lose weight, but it was surely effective.
