Peter11216 Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Have you considered some of your northern brethren's solutions: Don Pedro's winter herf shack and if you live in Winterpeg. Well its the winter here in Canada, so ofc the Siglo I is my top one, the rest being to big to smoke at -10 and below.
jedipastor Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 The only one I've had that was truly fantastic was a I, though I've never smoked a III. The rest have been either "good" or "very good," with one dudder. Overall, I've not been convinced that they are worth the price. I do plan to try more Is, though, since it's winter now here.
Scdalak Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 Interesting Poll, Doesnt seem like the Forum is fond of the entire Siglo line..
IcedCanuck Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 I've only smoked the III's (tube) and the I's. I prefer the siglo III to the siglo I but right now because it's winter up in O-Canada the siglo I is a perfect size. I have a box of Siglo VI that only have about a year on them but haven't tried one yet.
jazzbass Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 I've found that the V can be a wonderful cigar if it has a bit of age. Smoked a Tubo this summer and was blown away by it's quality.. Smoked many I's and like them as well
mk05 Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Like the Sig II best - just tastes like a Cohiba should. I see a lot of people like the VI from this poll. From my limited Siglo experience (only have had '03 vints), I find the Sig II tastes better than the VI. Marca, I must say nothing bests a well-aged Robusto. Off topic I know.
thechenman Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 For me in order it would be II, I, IV, III VI and V.
Mr.T Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Gotta go with the IV. I'm a big fan of the corona gorda format and for me these have always been the most consistent of the lot. I also like the relative strength of these compared to the others. A close second would be the Siglo II.
tsolomon Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Voted for the IV, but I'll smoke a lot of I's this winter.
dan5974 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Ilike the 1 thebest.Ithink it's the stongest of the line.
dangolf18 Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Siglo I for me....first cuban cigar I had and now my favorite.
PartiDude Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Typically the III, unless of course, I can find a well aged VI.
