Agreed,the old place looks very cool.

I'll really miss the old house. There was something about it that went so well with cigars and let's face it , it will probably forever more smell like them.

The new place you could probably describe as warehouse sheik. Not the same character but it will develop it's own character over time and with the benefit of it's occupants.

Well, once Czar takes over the world, like Google, you can go back to the quaint beginnings and turn it into a museum... I'm sure the geniuses at Disney could mock up some great animatronic versions of Rob, Lisa and Smithy, just like Pirates of the Caribbean! But only in this example Lisa is chasing Smithy around with a pot-in-hand, hahaha.
