Scdalak Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Was messing around on Google Earth last night. Amazing technology. Among many other locations I plugged in was the CZAR Headquarters, low and behold I get an upclose street view of the Famous (infamous) Czar deck as if i took the photo myself, pretty cool really.. Only Question I have is, "Where is everyone"?
tdlfoto Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 cool find! so, is it a walk-in store, or just a hang out for the boys + Lisa?
Scdalak Posted August 16, 2011 Author Posted August 16, 2011 cool find! so, is it a walk-in store, or just a hang out for the boys + Lisa? Dunno, but I can see why they are moving to a bigger location!!
IcedCanuck Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 I was checking it out on google street view the other week. Pretty kewl and scary at the same time.

Ghabanos Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 I use this to track ex girlfriends... Never thought to look up czar
mdzotti78 Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Very Interesting. It would have been cool to see someone out there smoking
fred170 Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 It's like being there, less the travel!!! I guess it's OK if that "floats your boat" (as the PREZ would say).... Cheers
fred170 Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Very Interesting. It would have been cool to see someone out there smoking Herfing on some good cubans all the whilst performing a male underwear review...lol
Habanos2000 Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 I remember seeing a video walk through of the casa as well, probably quite a few years ago. All I can say is, I wish it was mine!
Scdalak Posted August 16, 2011 Author Posted August 16, 2011 I imagined it being much more grand I am sure thier new location will be much more Ceasar's Palace-esq...
Guest rob Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 I imagined it being much more grand Like things traditionally Cuban (at least post revolution).... modesty and "down to earth" trumps granduer. The Czar headquarters and deck accomplishes on the ability to force you to unwind, relax and chill out

I've always had the impression it's who's on the deck versus the deck itself.....
asmith Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Well I'm clearly at work because thats my ute in the car park, as for the rest of the guys, I suspect they all took the day off. As for that shot of me on the deck, that shirt is photoshopped, thanks Colt!
El Presidente Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 I am going to miss the Ginger Bread House ! Time to move on to the new Czars come 1st October. It seriously is the den of Debauchery
Colt45 Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 As for that shot of me on the deck, that shirt is photoshopped, thanks Colt! Smithy, as usual, I'm simply trying to prop myself up by putting you down.... I am going to miss the Ginger Bread House ! Time to move on to the new Czars come 1st October. It seriously is the den of Debauchery Holy ****! Talk about flock of seagulls! What happens on the deck, stays on the deck.... Perhaps relatively short, you guys are all part of a great history - filled with the best of times, and perhaps less so - but the camaraderie has always shown through. I've not been there, but I'm vicariously proud....

First Lady Posted August 17, 2011 Posted August 17, 2011 there have been some very good times on the deck many long Friday afternoons but I am sure that the new location is going to be equally as dangerous probably more so
Maron76 Posted August 17, 2011 Posted August 17, 2011 Will there be a "virtual" grand opening tour of the new place?
