I would admit knowing something about p... p..pro.... pros... cured ham (I never could say prosciutto) but it might ruin my sterling reputation as a red neck!!! No cornflakes for me mate, I don't drink utter juice. Now biscuits and gravy, crispy bacon or other cooked hog, some eggs, flap jacks... a Grandes de Espana... that is another matter altogether! -Piggy

All three tasted great together and the Mercederes was from the very first box I bought in '07 when I found out my wife was pregnant with our second. It was a very enjoyable Sunday morning. I also cured and cold smoked the ham myself.
