Hi all, I have fallen in love, but she too long for a regular smoke...

Can some one recommend anything that taste similar or comparable to the party lusi, but in a shorter form or thinner form...?

Any recommendations would be helpful... Thanks

I don't know if it's a short version of the Lusi. But I really enjoy Lusis, just don't smoke the size much. I've really been enjoying the Monte PE. Great flavor, nice size for a shorty, and tons of flavor. Much more so than the Edmundo IMO.

The Party Prez.....

Not nearly as good at a Lusi,,,,,But just an incredible cigar.

They also don't require as much time to be pretty good.

Party short is a great smoke anytime of the day. The monte PE suggestion I agree with also, very nice smoke with a bigger RG. Another reason why I cant wait for the partagas serie D5 to come out in reg production.

*Might want to consider a Vegas Robaina Famoso. That MAY do the trick as far as a quality alternative to a full blown double corona size Lusitania!

I second that motion...

Anything in the robusto or corona size? Need not be partagas...

Yeah, Hoyo Des Dieux, 03 if you can find it.

Partagas Coronas but you have to get Rob drunk and follow him home to find those.

RA Coronas if you want to sell a kidney and have a super secret source.

Can't help you with the Robustos, I'm just not a fan of the vitola

Nothing is going to be the same as a Lusi, but if you are looking for a shorter Partagas smoke that has the charactaristics of the marca, as already highlighted above, you can't go wrong with the Partagas Shorts. They are very true to the profile of the marca and a fantastic smoke in the winter, or whenever you are short on time.

thanks to all for the input.

lots of mention of the party short...luckily I have a cab laid away for a bit of ageing.

Partagas Coronas

Vegas Robaina Famoso

RA Coronas

are now on my "to acquire and smoke" list...

thanks

This is not an answer, but a question.

Have you tried these Partys: D4, Petit Coronas Especiales and Mille Fleurs? What do you think about them, could they be close to Lusitanias on your taste buds?

Only the d4 as this is my go to stick. But I don't get the same flavor profile. Lot more spice on he d4. Making an effort to try th Mille fleur next...

Love famosos, highly recommended. They seem to fly under the radar here but I had an 09 box that were superb and still getting better but we smoked them all before they reached their peak. Don't think it was too similar to the lusi though.
