Lotus400 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Piggy is trying to jump the queue...get in quick! Good one Rob. Piggy is backing up the truck as we speak LOL!!!
khomeinist Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Am happy to see Quai D'Orsay get some love. I would have preferred a CG, Laguito 2, or even belicoso, but if this promotion helps the marca, then I will be thrilled.
toasterhead Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 2011 ER Smallest ring gauge 46 Largest ring gauge 54 I am also looking forward to the Encantos. Go Piggy, go. Cheers, Dave
mm12 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Smallest ring gauge 46Largest ring gauge 54 When I first saw "Ramon Allones Especiales" for Switzerland, I got pretty excited, thinking it might be a Laguito no. 1. Oh well...
cigcars Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 ??? Sancho Panzas and Quay D'Orsays are gonna get regional editions!!?? WOW! Will a great deal of these selections be available for us FOH folks!?
Kangaroo495 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Was also impressed by the Sancho Panza idea. Bravo. JL Distinguidos - wow!
mazolaman Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Agreed, shame there aren't more smaller ring gauge on offer. Some look interesting though.
Stalebread Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Whoa. This list will keep us talking for a while.
in0gravity Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Great list. And some wonderful cigars. Especially for Germany. A Sancho Panza (reminds of the thread about the brand ) and a Juan Lopez Romeo, not bad. Italy is also getting something special but can someone please tell what a Parejo Vitola looks like? I thought that a Parejo was a straight line cigar. Will this be a new vitola? And does anyone know which region Top Cigars is supplying? Thanks and happy smoking. Lars
Colt45 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 can someone please tell what a Parejo Vitola looks like? This is a bit confusing. A parejo is 38 x 6 1/2, as in the Partagas Serie du Connaisseur No.2. So I'm not sure what to make of the cigar on the list.
Kangaroo495 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Did anyone else notice the "La Esception"?? Fonseca aswell. Sancho Panza as has been mentioned... Is Habanos trying to, like, market brands other than Cohiba and Montecristo or something?
MPS Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 PL Legendarios, Edmundo Dantes Conde 54, Punch Clasicos, Quai Dorsay Superiores, La Escepcion Selectos Finos and Sancho Panza Escuderos sound great.
Stalebread Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Did anyone else notice the "La Esception"??. . . Yes. They're bringing back a discontinued brand . . . ? What's up with that, if anything?
in0gravity Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 This is a bit confusing. A parejo is 38 x 6 1/2, as in the Partagas Serie du Connaisseur No.2. So I'm not sure what to make of the cigar on the list. Thanks. That's sounds better than the 156mm and 52 ring. To make it more confusing: I read on another board that Austria (Tobaccoland) would get a Siboney Lancero in '11. But according to this list a JL Petit Robustos.
SethLG Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Bolivar Oryx!!! Ramon Allones Macedonian!!! Amazing.
eman67 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 I thought La Flor Del Cano was supposed to re-release their short robustos as a regional edition in 2011? Anyone know what is going on with this?
