El Presidente Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 Another conversation of recent times. I can't recall one male mate who has had plastic surgery ie facial, penis enlargement or liposuction (I thought the whole Hernia thing with ken was a ruse for liposuction but he actually put on weight in hospital). Anyway....the female with whom i was having this discussion clearly states that 1 in 15 men are having vanity surgery today of differing complexity. My immediate answer was "No fricken Way". Things in the world are changing but surely not that fast. ken still wears a football sock down his pants, Shagga still looks in the mirror with a smile each morning and slaps his gut, Des's face still resembles a topographical map of New Guinea. All happy ...if twisted...campers. So question without warning. Do you have "any mates" who have had vanity surgery? Do you "colour" your hair. ...the last question was really just to make Smithy feel better about colouring his
jawofboston Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 I must admit (and this is embarrassing) to having penis reduction surgery. Didn't want to, but with all the back problems I was having there really was no choice.

Even if they did, I doubt they would admit anything! Haha is that so Smithy? Looking forward to the next video review then mate. Maybe the new hair colour will do more to entice a cigar market for women than the new RyJ Julieta

jsaunders9 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 No, in fact I had the option free of charge. Long story short, I took a blow to my nose as a teenager resulting in a slightly crooked nose and deviated septum. Later as an adult complications forced me to have my septum straightened and at the time, they offered to straighten the whole nose out. I declined, couldn't see the point of the extra work for them and discomfort for me.

Colt45 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 This eerily reminds me of the time we were asked if we wax, and if so which body parts
Ken Gargett Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 you seriously seriously need to - a) stop drinking, stop sniffing glue (or at least thinking that the conversations with the fairies at the bottom of the garden are real), c) get a real job or at least a hobby (posting rubbish is not a hobby), and/or d) seek help (getting pissed with smithy is not help). failing this, i'll have to ask macho if he'll assist with another intervention.
MIKA27 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Its a great question Prez. NO, I haven't had any surgery nor do I know of anyone who has. I personally don't believe people should unless they have some sort of deformation or injury.
Shelby07 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I must admit (and this is embarrassing) to having penis reduction surgery. Didn't want to, but with all the back problems I was having there really was no choice. So when are you getting the breast enlargement and facial hair removal procedures?
jquest63 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 No, but I'll bet lots of men working in modeling, acting, etc probably get this work done.
jawofboston Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 So when are you getting the breast enlargement and facial hair removal procedures? I said reduction, not removal! The upside to the surgery is I can dunk a basketball. I'm 5' 4" tall.
Cletus Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Does "anal bleaching" count? If not then no, I haven't had any vanity procedures. .
Van55 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I have had two basal cell carcinomas removed from my face. In each case I used a plastic surgeon to do the repairs -- not to enhance my appearance, but to minimize the disfiguration. I guy who happened to go to the gym at the same time I did had pec inserts. *** guy. Creepy. Have known a few guys to have hair transplant surgery.
Stormin691 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 All the trails on my 35 year old face have a story to tell- and that my friend is CHARACTER!
dicko Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 maybe when I'm older I'll get a little nip/tuck. although, i am a gen Y ***** haha what's a little botox between mates?
buster Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Does "anal bleaching" count? . This is why I come here...learn something new every day Now, should I ever bring up the subject of anal bleaching over cocktails and someone asks me where I ever heard of it, I can say "On my favorite cigar forum." But I have to ask: Where in God's name did you ever come across this? The only thing I can think of is if you (or someone you know) graduated from cosmetology school with a degree as a C.A.B. (certified anal bleacher, of course). Maybe we can cut the unemployment rate with some targeted training programs here As to the original question, I do know a couple of mates who had early hair loss and had plugs. And I would never color my hair...even if I had enough hair to color Rick
Guest rob Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I went to the doctor last year - he said they had a procedure that would add 2 inches to my penis length. I said "what the hell am I going to do with a 10 inch penis"?

samb Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Does "anal bleaching" count? If not then no, I haven't had any vanity procedures. . Are you saying you had this done? I wont be having any plastic surgery done anytime soon. Hopefully never, for that matter, unless some sort of disfigurement happens my way.
Ellery Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Im thinking of getting some ass implants...you know to entice the ladies Besides that, would never get plastic surgery. Just turned 33 about half of my head is gray and not even thinking about coloring it. My wife keeps mentioning that I should, but I've decided to age gracefully

Just turned 33 about half of my head is gray and not even thinking about coloring it. My wife keeps mentioning that I should, but I've decided to age gracefully I started loosing my hair in 97...thats when i made the chioce to shave it all off....I was not going to rock the "toilet bowl" or "Cul-Desac" like my pops...i didnt mind going bald.....i look better with a buzzed dome..
Habanos2000 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I've not nor intend to have any cosmetic surgery. It just doesn't matter to me. My boss, 42 years of age, has had hair plugs. But then he also has 2 jets, a 90 ft boat, etc, so I guess he's a bit more vain.
chuck1rar Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 I think it is all relative with the age and status.. Once people are married then vanity takes a back seat. For example living in a foreign land especially Asia many of the western are still on the game irregardless of being married or not. The game here thrives where a balding 50yr old can still score the innocence of a 23 yr old.. So having said that yes it is more common here among locals and expats alike.. Golden stitches is very popular and truth be told seems to work damn fine. IMHO slowing down the aging process is not a bad thing especially if still single and still enjoying the pleasures of a variety of flesh. I in fact know a plastic surgeon (cute chick) and can confirm the numbers for men undergoing the knife or some other simple procedure are much higher than one would think.
