PADDYWHACK121272 Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Ideally: Laguito No.2 Dalia Minuto but voted for: Lancero Dalia Petit Corona In Reality: Will smoke anything roundish....
Ginseng Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 In Reality:Will smoke anything roundish.... Lot's of days, I'm right there with you. Wilkey
Azksig Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 I voted for Half Corona, Long Panetela/Lancero/Like, Belicoso.
BobLobLaw Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Petite Corona, Dalia/Lonsdale and Lancero for me. Corona Gorda was close, but it seems the other three are what I have been buying lately.
MontrealRon Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Long Panetela/Lancero/like when I want something special, petit coronas and half coronas most often - partially due to time constraints. That said, I also love my corona gordas, piramides, lonsdales/dalias, DC's...
SpeedyGonzales Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 That´s easy for me: If I don´t have the time I reach for a Corona, basically the smallest Cigars I smoke. Otherwise I prefer the Lonsdale/Dalia vitola. Third choice (but not least) is Laguito No.1/Delicado/Lancero and the ones a bit shorter (SdC No.2, Laguito No.2). Thanks to Tabacuba, these vitolae are being crippled more and more… Greets, Speedy
Jesuscookies Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 I really enjoy the Siglo VI size, (6 by 52?) I am not sure what size this would be called, but I wish there were more cigars made in this length and girth.
mkz Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 I am not sure what size this would be called, but I wish there were more cigars made in this length and girth. Robusto Extra?

Jesuscookies Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Robusto Extra? I don't think that is the same. The Hoyo especials are of this format, and are 5.5 by 50. Edit: I looked it up, vitola is a [Canonazo]? Okay Edit my Edit: Trevs website says they are a Canonazo, but all the way to the right they are also called a robusto extra, so I guess that is the size.
bassman Posted January 21, 2010 Posted January 21, 2010 Had to go with tripa corta because I've been going to the Bolivar Corona Extra more than anything the past year & not sure where that would fit. Lonsdale/dalia & PC would be 2 &3.
thechenman Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 For me the top three vitolas are not necessarily my three favorite viotlas. In order, I find myself reaching for these three vitolas most often, due to time constraints. 1. Petit Corona 2. Robusto 3. Dalia So, give Rob's questions, these are the three vitolas I cast my votes for. Now, my three favorite vitolas in order would be... 1. Dalia 2. Churchill 3. Double Corona Now if only I had the time to enjoy my three favorite vitolas more often...
laficion Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 CORONA GORDA 2. Piramide 3. Lonsdale who would have guessed
Bubba -NJ Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 PC , Corna Gorda and Piramides were my votes . Too bad there is not a Toro or Double Robusto choice as I would have voted for those over the corona gorda .
reg Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 1) Corona Gorda 2) Robusto 3) Petit Corona Not a fan of the bigger sizes, and these 3 seem to cover the rest of the bases
Cubanface Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Petit Corona, Robusto, Corona Gorda. Sadly, anything bigger and I'm celebrating something.
ksblazer Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Lately I've been reaching for PC's, Robustos and Dalia/Lonsdales the most. My top 3 go to sizes are Dalia/Lonsdale, Churchill and Long Panatela/Lancero
audio1der Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 And we wonder why Habanos stops making small RG smokes; Robustos #1, Corona Gordas #3. There we have it
Ken Gargett Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Cant help but love a great double corona.. Something about this size cigar is majestic. absolutely agree. my others were robusto and churchill. some of those little things, may as well smoke cigarettes.
Buch0 Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 I cant fathom how Petite Coronas are 9 times more popular than Double Corona.. I would of loved to see the results of this same poll 40+ years ago.. I mean don't get me wrong, there are plenty of top notch PC's out there, but to me there just isn't enough time to fully appreciate and reflect on a cigar that size. A great DC experience stays with me for weeks, I just don't seem to get the same satisfaction from a PC or something of the likes. Each to their own though!
