Makes me want to bail on this office now and head for home ._.Any suggestions for another Ken? actually, i'm trying to learn as much as i can. i have only ever had a few cognacs i've really liked (much prefer great rum). a few from delamain and a few years ago in thailand, tried a pruniers 1928, from the days when they could vintage date cognac. it was truly glorious. Paradis is my absolute favourite.... but the Henessey family reserve is also fantastic. The only problem is that the price is so prohibitive I am yet to try the Hennessey "Richard". And funnily enough, as much as I enjoy spirits - I have never really enjoyed Rum. I have a bottle of that in the 'cave' right now and will be picking up another this week. I have to say that right now, my favorite companion to my Cuban cigars has become the Ron Zacapa Centernario. Just can't go wrong with it. Don't know if you have tried it yet. If you like something more floral, Pyrat XO is pretty good too. When in October are you here Ken? But basically, Havana Club and our local "Bundaberg" rums are the only ones I have tried... and they just didn't do it for me.
