Over a couple of bottles of wine a month or two ago we were sitting on the deck tossing up how do we handle an identification system for top tier cigars...the best of the best....the top 5%. We came up with Premium Select.

Effectivley when our major shipment comes in I spend a day our warehouse opening boxes. No cigars, no wine :cowpoop:

I start at Bolivar Belicosos Finos and go through them....no...no....no...yes...no...no...no...no...no...no...no...yes. You get the drift. I tag those selected. Some very good cigars are not included. They have to meet a certain standard of excellence. Visual, construction, aroma. In effect I am looking for cigars that I would put away for years and years knowing full well theat a gem is incubating. The best of the best. Some months nothing from a Marque/vitola are selected.

I can tell you that when selecting box code is a guide only. Plenty of cigars are rejected from a mastercase of the same box code.

I will release this months list Friday/Monday. Form this point on there will be no sneak previews (Don't ask :dunce: )

The prices will be reasonable but not heavily discounted. It takes a bit of work and heaven knows that is not my forte.

A Taster.

Superb! Compelling! Irresistible!

I would expect nothing less from a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Nicolò Machiavelli School of Marketing.
